The story of a photographer

My interest in photography peaked on a cruise down the inside passage from Alaska, no kidding right:) While up there I was lucky enough to have my Nikon camera handy and while on an excursion captured a Whale tail picture like you use to see in the commercial. After capturing that, I was hooked and the rest of that vacation I was clicking away trying to capture a moment. A moment is how I see photography, something that let's me freeze time and hopefully let's my client look back and say " You know, that was a great day".

I have since switched to Canon and have expanded the services offered to include more than just ice and whale tail's. If I had to pick a favorite type of photography I would say portrait photography, which will surprise most people, because I love the moment when someone get's to see an image I helped capture and it makes them smile. However, I also love a great action sports shot so 1A would definitely be live action sports photography.
